After earning my marketing degree from Appalachian State University, I embarked on my real estate career in Hilton Head Island in 1988, starting as a sales assistant and soaking up knowledge from industry leaders. My path led me to become a partner at Island Real Estate Magazine, honing my marketing skills within the local real estate community. A licensed realtor since 2012, I currently serve as the treasurer on the board of directors for the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors. Previously I led the Professional Development Committee, and remain actively involved in various committees, contributing to the ongoing education and skill enhancement of local realtors. My dedication to real estate has earned me continuous recognition, including the Realtor Service Award since 2012, and professional designations like the Certified Negotiation Expert and the LUXE Luxury Listing Designation, and an AI Certification showcasing my diverse skills and dedication to the field.
