About
Before moving to Hilton Head, Felice received her BA degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA & her Masters from Georgia State University. She taught at Mercer prior to moving to Atlanta to sell advertising for WSB Radio. She excelled at marketing radio sponsorships of the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, and University of Georgia Football. Felice says that her teaching experience and marketing experience prepared her for the skills needed to provide the best service in real estate. Felice is an active member of the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, a recipient of the Realtor Service Award & a Life member of the Distinguished Sales award. She is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Specializing in Resort and Luxury properties, Felice holds the designation as a Resort and Recreation Specialist. She has strong marketing skills, extensive knowledge of current market conditions and is knowledgeable in tax exchanges and cost of ownership.
