Prior to moving to Hilton Head Island in 1986, I received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University. I began my career in real estate in 1987 and purchased Lancaster Real Estate 10 years later, which is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hilton Head Bluffton Realty.\r\nHaving practiced Hilton Head real estate for over 34 years, I have witnessed the ebb and flow of our local—and extraordinarily unique-- market. Predictable, just as the tides, Hilton Head real estate always recovers, charting a steady course of growth and prosperous. This major segment of our local economy has proven to be elastic, durable and quite lucrative in times past- and the outlook will prove equally productive and advantageous.\r\nI am currently serving as Treasurer of the Hilton Head Fishing Club and Treasurer of the Hilton Head Reef Foundation. In my spare time I enjoy fishing with my son.
