Originally from Cincinnati, my journey to Hilton Head Island began in 1976 when I started vacationing with my family in Sea Pines. This early connection with the South Carolina Lowcountry sparked a deep love for the region, eventually leading me to make it my permanent home in 2001. With a natural affinity for connecting with people, and interest in real estate investing, I found my professional calling in real estate. I love where I live, and strive to share that excitement and passion by helping others achieve their property ownership dreams, whether on or off the island. I understand that each client is unique, and so is real estate in the Lowcountry. Our area is a non-traditional ownership market with many different communities and neighborhoods, and many buyers and sellers not being local. This makes it imperative that I approach each real estate endeavor with personalized attention, recognizing and catering to individual expectations, needs, and desires.
