Esperanza Franky brings a strong financial and international background to her real estate career. She began her professional journey in Florida as a Private Banker and later as a Mortgage Lender, helping clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals. Inspired to further serve clients in real estate, she became a licensed Realtor® in Florida.

Building on that foundation, Esperanza went on to open and operate her own real estate office in Cali, Colombia, where she gained valuable experience as a business owner and advisor to both local and international clients.

Today, as part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in South Carolina, Esperanza combines her expertise in banking, mortgages, and real estate to provide clients with comprehensive guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and with a background in Business Administration, Esperanza is committed to delivering professional, personalized service to every client she serves.
